As a Sales Executive at PDF Butler, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by expanding our customer base and promoting our solutions. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-lasting relationships. Your knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, combined with your exceptional sales skills, will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to identify opportunities and position our solutions effectively. 

 

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing suitable solutions. 

 

  • Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing opportunities within your assigned territory. 

 

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out and identify new potential customers and business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events. 

 

  • Partners: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering collaboration, trust, and effective communication to drive mutual business growth 

 

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our solutions, their features, and benefits, to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. 

 

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects. 

 

  • Salesforce Community: Engage with the Salesforce community, attend events, and network to generate leads and partnerships. 

 

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tool. 

 

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and promotion of our solutions. 


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in an ISV or related environment. 
  • Understanding of document generation and/or digital signature solutions (desirable) 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and/or client meetings and presentations (if applicable).
