As a Technical Marketer at PDF Butler, you will own and scale our digital growth engine. This role is highly hands-on and sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and revenue. You will be responsible for driving qualified inbound demand through our website, SEO, paid acquisition, and Salesforce AppExchange presence. Your work will directly impact pipeline generation, product visibility, and revenue growth within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Your Impact
Website Management & Conversion Optimization
- Own the PDF Butler website end-to-end, ensuring performance, accuracy, scalability, and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to continuously improve messaging, positioning, and user journeys.
- Implement landing pages, experiments, and CRO initiatives to improve lead quality and volume.
- Ensure website best practices across performance, accessibility, analytics, and tracking.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, content, and backlinking).
- Conduct keyword research aligned with buyer intent across the Salesforce ecosystem and document automation use cases.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, translating insights into clear optimization actions.
- Partner with content and product teams to create SEO-driven pages that convert.
Paid Acquisition & Google Ads
- Own Google Ads strategy and execution, from keyword selection to ad copy, landing pages, and budget optimization.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Align paid acquisition with product launches, campaigns, and sales priorities.
Inbound Leads & Demand Generation
- Drive consistent, high-quality inbound leads that support sales and partner-driven revenue.
- Build and optimize funnels across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Work closely with Sales to define MQL/SQL criteria and continuously improve lead quality.
- Ensure clean attribution, reporting, and visibility into marketing-sourced pipeline via Salesforce.
Salesforce AppExchange SEO & Visibility
- Own and optimize PDF Butler’s Salesforce AppExchange listing for discoverability and conversion.
- Improve ranking, reviews, visuals, and messaging to increase installs and inbound opportunities.
- Stay up to date with AppExchange algorithm changes and best practices.
Continuous Improvement & Insights
- Track and report on website, SEO, paid media, and inbound performance with clear KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities through data, experimentation, and competitive analysis.
- Stay current on Salesforce ecosystem trends, B2B SaaS growth tactics, and technical marketing best practices.
- Use insights to influence messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) in technical marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation for a B2B SaaS
- Strong hands-on experience with website management, SEO, Google Ads, and inbound funnels.
- Experience marketing within or adjacent to the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
