As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening our global partner network within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive business growth, foster successful collaborations, and maximize the value of our solutions for customers worldwide, focus on France and French speaking stakeholders.


Your Impact

·      Partnership Strategy & Expansion

 

o  Develop and execute a global partnership strategy to enhance PDF Butler’s reach in the Salesforce ecosystem in France.

o  Identify, onboard, and nurture new strategic partnerships, ensuring long-term success.

o  Strengthen relationships with existing partners, optimizing collaboration and engagement.


·      Driving Business Growth & Collaboration


o  Work with partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and unlock new revenue streams.

o  Actively support partners on sales opportunities, ensuring a win-win partnership model.

o  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer loyalty and long-term business partnerships.

o  Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and addressing any concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel.

o  Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how PDF Butler can solve their unique business challenges.

o  Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, and Customer Success) to enhance partner experience and solution offerings.

o  Onboard new partners by providing training, resources, and tools to support their success in promoting and selling PDF Butler solutions.

o  Foster active collaboration with partners to drive lead generation and joint go-to-market initiatives.

o  Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring revenue goals are consistently achieved or exceeded.

o  Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospects to showcase the value of PDF Butler’s solutions.

o  Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure deals that align with the company’s objectives.

o  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outbound sales strategies and campaigns.

o  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

o  Provide regular feedback and insights to leadership regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.



·      Continuous Improvement & Market Insights


o  Gather feedback from partners and customers to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

o  Monitor partner and campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive success.

o  Stay up to date with Salesforce ecosystem trends to maintain a competitive edge.



What You Bring

·     Native French is a must (both written and verbal).

·      Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem.

·      Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about building and scaling partnerships.

·      Strong commercial acumen with negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial agreements.

·      Experience in cross-border networking and managing relationships on a global scale.

·      Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

·      A well-established network within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
